This was done during
a formative period of
my artistic development...
That awkward phase where
the concept is greater than
the actual execution. I was
very surprised when the award
and 100 bucks went to me for this
design. I saw some others that I
thought were more deserving.
Where my design succeeded
was in capturing a "Christmas
Spirit" and I guess that was
enough to win over the
Judges.
